Britney Spears haven’t gone on a honeymoon with her new husband, Sam Asghari, and he finally calms down after a star-studded wedding while looking for a new home. But fans need not worry. He says “life is good.”
The “…Baby One More Time” hitmaker took to Instagram on Wednesday and updated his many fans on what has happened since he dream wedding earlier this month in what used to be his home in Thousand Oaks, California. Spears revealed the honeymoon was not yet over but there was still a lot to celebrate after the wedding.
“Getting married and moving into a new house at about the same time,” she wrote in her lengthy caption, “isn’t the smartest thing to do.”
That being said, Spears said, “it comes together.” He’s clearly having fun at his new dig, which includes a new pool with a waterslide. To be honest, it looks like Spears is still not used to it all, at least not yet.
“It’s strange that I wake up and everything is new,” he continued. “new pool…new kitchen…new beds…I think I’m in shock!!!”
She adds that her dogs love the large backyard, she has fun on the waterslides and Asghari is a doting husband, cooks her a nice piece of steak. No wonder Spears, who also says she cut her hair short, says life is good.
Spears’ post was accompanied by a photo of her in a colorful bikini and a short video of Asghari showing off her best diving skills. The update comes a little over a week after sources tipped ET about the newlyweds down $11.8 million for the 11,650-square-foot home that sits on 1.6 acres in Calabasas, California. The mansion is in the same community as Kevin Federline, Britney’s ex-husband.
The house is a one-story expanse of land built in a contemporary Mediterranean style with tiles, clay and concrete. List of properties of Coldwell Banker list home with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, heated swimming pool, in-house gym, cinema, wine cellar, and separate maid’s room.
On top of the amenities, the list also includes a description of luxury, complete with 33-foot-high ceiling foyer clad in carved stone, arched hallways throughout the home, and custom-made chandeliers throughout the property. At the time of purchase, the plantation had been on the market for less than five months.
There were other major changes in Spears’ life apart from marriage and the purchase of a house. A sources also told ET that, after former singer Jason Alexander tried to ruin the marriage, Spears “fired his entire security team.”
“Jason Alexander trying to destroy their marriage was a complete disaster and no one understands how it could have happened,” the source said. “Britney feels that her security team is poorly prepared and she is very confused and overwhelmed.”
Alexander break through the way to Spears’ house in her wedding day, demanded to see Spears. He was tackled by security and eventually arrested by Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies responding to an trespassing call.
Spears and Asghari are finally accepted a three-year protective order against Alexander, whom she briefly married in 2004. Her ex pleaded not guilty to the charges against her — including felony stalking, misdemeanor trespassing and refusing to leave personal property, vandalism misdemeanor misdemeanor, and misdemeanor battery offence.
